Description

The Clark County Recorder's purpose is to record, preserve, and provide access to public records in a professional and efficient manner. The Clark County Recorder's office has thousands of documents available online to the public, and also proivdes services like recording military discharge papers for Clark County residents. Information on deeds, liens, birth/death certificates, divorce decrees, court records, and land records can be acquired from the Clark County Clerk's office.

Application Guidelines
1) Contact the Clark County Registrar of Voters to confirm that your registered address qualifies you for the position you intend to run for, that you meet other office specific qualifications and inquire as to if the application has a fee. 2) Arrange for receipt (by picking up in person or picking up at a local community center) Clark County Registrar of Voters. Many times you can speak with an elections administrator in person when picking up filing papers, which is an excellent time to ask any questions with staff. 3) File the application with the Clark County Registrar of Voters between March 5th, 2018 and March 16th, 2018, and you will appear on the ballot.
