A District Attorney is an elected or appointed public official of the district whose duties are governed by state law. The duty of the District Attorney of Alameda County , as the public prosecutor acts on behalf of the People, vigorously enforces the law, pursue the truth, and safeguard the rights of all to ensure that justice is done. The District Attorney also works within our community to prevent and deter crime and promote public safety. The yearly salary for Alameda County District Attorney is $253,728

Inquire as to if the qualifying must be accompanied by either a qualifying fee or petition papers in lieu of a qualifying fee. 3) Submit the qualifying papers accompanied by either the qualifying fee or petition papers during the stipulated qualifying times, which can be inquired from the clerk.
