Description
The primary mission of the Orange County Treasurer-Tax Collector is to invest public funds in a manner which provides maximum security of principal and preservation of capital. The secondary focus is providing adequate liquidity so participants may meet their operating cash flow needs. Lastly, the office works to achieve a market rate of return while conforming to all applicable laws, statutes and resolutions governing the investment of public funds.
