Description

The Water Replenishment District manages groundwater for nearly four million residents in 43 cities of Southern Los Angeles County. The Agency's mission is to provide, protect and preserve high-quality groundwater through innovative, cost-effective and environmentally sensitive basin management practices for the benefit of residents and businesses of the Central and West Coast Basins. The five member board is elected by the voters of the district, but each must reside in one of the five sub-districts that they represent.

Application Guidelines

To file for this position follow these three simple steps: 1) Contact the Los Angeles County Elections Division office to verify that your address qualifies for the position. 2) Obtain the correct filing papers from the county elections office. 3) Submit the filing papers within 113-88 days prior to the election.
