Description
The City Council is composed of four members elected at large by the city's residents to serve four-year terms. As the city's legislative body, the City Council is responsible for the implementation of programs and services provided by the city. The City Council has appointment authority for positions such as City Manager and City Attorney, and also appoints citizens to various advisory committees.
