Description

The state treasurer serves as the chief custodian of each state's treasury and as the state's head banker. Typically, they receive and deposit state monies, manages investments, and keeps track of budget surpluses and deficits.

Application Guidelines
1) Contact the Nevada Secretary of State’s Office to confirm that your registered address qualifies you for the position you intend to run for, that you meet other office specific qualifications and inquire as to if the application has a fee. 2) Complete the application and file the application with the Nevada Secretary of State. Pay the fee if applicable. 3) File the application with the Nevada Secretary of State between March 5th, 2018 and March 16th, 2018 to appear on the general election ballot held on November 6, 2018.
